1. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your exchange request.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Johnleesto@hotmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Processing Your Exchange

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
  • New Item: If approved, we will send out the replacement item and provide you with a new tracking number. The shipping cost for the exchanged item will be covered by Veino Gift.
  • Processing Time: The entire exchange process typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the location and processing time.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Johnleesto@hotmail.com with a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or an exchange at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

6. International Exchanges
